State Representative Kara Rochelle, D – Ansonia/Derby will host events this week and next as part of her larger twice-monthly open hours legislative series with the public.
Rep. Rochelle holds legislative update and community feedback sessions every third Friday of the month at The Valley Diner, 636 New Haven Ave., Derby from 8 a.m. – 9 a.m.
Rep. Rochelle also holds the same event at Copper City Bar & Grill, 82 – 84 Main Street Ansonia, every third Monday, from 6 p.m. to 7.p.m.
These regular events are part of Rep. Rochelle’s legislative open hours for the public, which she started in January of 2019, shortly after her swearing into office.
“I do my job best when I have feedback from you,” Rep. Rochelle said.
“Your views matter, and our political process is stronger, when you share them with your Representative so I can carry your ideas to the capitol. Please join me for two opportunities to share your thoughts, feedback, and ask questions about this coming legislative session. These events are a relaxed setting, I look forward to seeing you there,” said Rep. Rochelle.
