Fredda Lynn Peel, age 57 of Seymour, she entered into peaceful rest on March 28, 2024. She was the beloved wife of 24 years to Noel Peel. Mrs. Peel was born October 16, 1966 in New Brunswick, NJ, loving daughter of Madeleine Podnos of Wilmington, NC, and Norman Rosenfeld (Mercedes) of Glassboro, NJ. Fredda was retired from the Westport Board of Education’s Public Relations Department. She will be fondly remembered as “a true artist; and a creative spiritual person.
In addition to her husband Noel, and her parents, Fredda leaves her loving family including her children, Anna Evelyn Peel, and Shiloh Peel both of Seymour; a brother, Jay Rosenfeld (Debbie) of Wayne, NJ, her sisters, Ellen Rosenfeld Assael (Shaun) of Wilmington, NC, and Abigail Rosenfeld Cretan (John) of Corte Madera, CA; also several nieces and nephews.
Calling Hours will be Thursday April 11th from 3 to 6 PM at the Ralph E. Hull Funeral Home, 161 W. Church St., Seymour. A funeral service in celebration of Fredda’s life will immediately follow at 6 PM. Interment will be at the convenience of the family at Brookside Cemetery, South Deerfield, MA.
