Philip J. Valenti Jr.

Philip J. Valenti Jr., age 74, entered eternal rest on February 2, 2024, at the home of his daughter in Naugatuck. He was the loving husband of fifty-three years to Margaret Ann (Martonak) Valenti.

Philip was born in Derby on May 31, 1949, son of the late Philip J. Valenti Sr. and Jeannine Novak Valenti. A graduate of Pine High School and a lifelong resident of Ansonia, Philip was employed as a sprinkler fitter for Pipefitters Local Union 676, until his retirement. Philip had a great sense of humor. He was always looking for new recipes to cook and share with everyone. Philip loved spending time with his grandchildren and devoted himself to taking care of his beloved wife, Margaret.

In addition to his wife Margaret, Philip leaves to cherish his memory, a son, Philip S. Valenti (Danielle) of Naugatuck, a daughter, Jennifer L. Goodall (Justin) of Naugatuck, brothers, Michael P.
