It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Regina Marie Pagliaro, age 80, on February 23, 2024 in her North Carolina Home.
She was born in Derby, CT on April 1, 1943 daughter of the late Anthony and Irene (Regina) Monaco. After marrying the love of her life, Pasquale C. Pagliaro, they moved to Shelton raising two daughters, Gina Brackett and Nicole Myers.
For many years, she was a dedicated orthodontic assistant to Dr. Mitchell Greenberg, until her retirement. Moving then to North Carolina where she took up the art of painting, winning several prestigious awards. Regina loved to travel and always had her suitcase filled and ready to go at a moment’s notice. Her friends were as many as the stars in the sky, each brightly filling her life. The greatest loves of her life were her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
She is survived by her daughters, Gina (William) Brackett of NC. and Nicole (Keith) Myers of CT., her sister Antoinette (Robert) Tworkowski of Seymour CT., and her brother Anthony (Paulette) Monaco of Branford CT., her grandchildren Edward C. Fullam of CT., Katherine (Dylan) Dolnier of FL., William (Jesenia) Brackett of NC., Raymond (Jackie) Brackett of Kentucky and James Bracket of NC., her great grandchildren Jessie Gangavage, Ryley Brackett, Hunter Brackett of KY., Luke Dolnier of FL., Caleb Skiparis of CT., many caring and devoted nieces and nephews, plus one silly cat Socks.
She joins her loving husband Pasquale (Pat) who predeceased her on July 13, 2020.
At the request of her family, services were privately held. Arrangements have been entrusted to the care of the Riverview Funeral Home, 390 River Rd. Shelton.
