Sharon F. (Tyler) Haynes, age 61, of Beacon Falls, entered into rest on Tuesday, April 16, 2024, in her home. She was the devoted wife of the late Wade Robert Haynes. Sharon was born in Derby on July 6, 1962, daughter of the late Warren J. and Barbara A. (Kiessling) Tyler, and she lived most of her life in Derby before moving to Beacon Falls over 20 years ago.
She worked as the office manager for Delafield Ltd in Beacon Falls. Sharon was a member of the Ansonia Rod and Gun Club and was a longtime equestrian. She loved spending time with, caring for and riding her horse, Lobo.
She is the beloved sister of Dawn Sharpe and sister-in-law of Joan Kowalski Tyler. She leaves nine cherished nieces and nephews, Jason Barrett and wife (Melissa), Warren J. Tyler, Sarah Sharpe, Samantha Sharpe, Edward Sharpe, Evan Sharpe, and Tabatha Sharpe, Ian Barrett, Kayden Barrett and her great-nephew, Noah Sharpe. Sharon was predeceased by her brother, Warren K. Tyler, and her brother-in-law, John Sharpe.
Friends may greet the family at the Edward F. Adzima Funeral Home, 253 Elizabeth Street, Derby, on Saturday, April 27th from 3 to 5 PM.
