SEYMOUR — The 59th Annual Seymour Pumpkin Festival returns to French Memorial Park on Sunday, September 21, 2025, from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., rain or shine. What began in 1965 as a seasonal celebration hosted by the Seymour Garden Club has grown into a beloved community tradition, drawing visitors from across the Naugatuck Valley and beyond.
This year’s festival features live music by Nashville Drive, 160+ craft vendors, a children’s activity zone, an exotic petting zoo, and a wide array of local and international food options, including vegan and ethnic specialties.
The day kicks off with the Royal Court Ceremony at 10:00 a.m. in front of the bandstand, escorted by the Seymour Police. The 2025 Royal Court includes:
- King: AJ Kevalis
- Queen: Harper Raucci
- Prince Charming: Cole Fappiano
- Pumpkin Prince: Jason Schryver
- Cinderella: Juliana Northrop
- Pumpkin Princess: Chloe Fowler

King Excellence in Governmental Service Award by Fred Stanek.
