Monday, Sept. 15, 2025

8:52 a.m. Officers conducted a traffic stop on Elm Street.

11:31 a.m. Police responded to a juvenile matter on Finney Street.

5:50 p.m. Police arrested a 33-year-old man on Toro Lane and charged him with possession of a controlled substance and use of drug paraphernalia.

9:23 p.m. A caller reported suspicious activity on Mott Street.

9:45 p.m. A caller on Main Street reported stolen property.

Tuesday, Sept. 16, 2025

11:08 a.m. Police received a report of fallen utility wires on Pulaski Highway.

2:00 p.m. Police conducted radar enforcement on Beaver Street.

5:57 p.m. Officers responded to reports of larceny and threatening on Hughes Circle.

6:51 p.m. Police charged a 34-year-old Bridgeport man with second-degree unlawful restraint, third-degree assault, second-degree harassment, and disorderly conduct.

9:47 p.m. A caller on Ford Street lodged an animal complaint.

Wednesday, Sept. 17, 2025

12:19 a.m. Police conducted a traffic stop on Main Street.

9:07 a.m. Police charged a 34-year-old Derby man on Main Street with second-degree breach of peace, first-degree trespassing, and interfering with an officer/resisting arrest.

10:51 a.m. Police received a report of a possible drug/narcotic violation at a smoke shop on Bridge Street.

4:23 p.m. Police charged a 44-year-old woman on Summer Street with second-degree threatening and disorderly conduct.

9:28 p.m. Police attempted to stop a motor vehicle on Columbia Street.

Thursday, Sept. 18, 2025

8:02 a.m. A caller reported disorderly conduct near High and Lester streets.

11:15 a.m. Officers responded to a report of vandalism on Woodlawn Avenue.

4:45 p.m. Police charged a 38-year-old New Haven woman with driving under the influence, driving the wrong way on a one-way, and evading responsibility.

8:41 p.m. Police received a report of illegal parking on North Main Street.

Friday, Sept. 19, 2025

9:00 a.m. Police charged a 20-year-old Derby woman with second-degree larceny, second-degree forgery, and second-degree conspiracy to commit larceny.

10:45 a.m. Police charged a 41-year-old woman and a 23-year-old woman on South Cliff Street with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.

12:17 p.m. Officers responded to a motor vehicle accident on Woodbridge Avenue.

4:24 p.m. Police charged a 28-year-old Derby man with evading responsibility and driving without a license.

6:54 p.m. Police charged a 59-year-old man with sixth-degree larceny.

9:39 p.m. Police charged a 36-year-old Bridgeport man on Pershing Drive with driving under suspension, unsafe passing, and driving without a license.

11:41 p.m. Officers responded to a motor vehicle accident on Wakelee Avenue.

Saturday, Sept. 20, 2025

9:48 a.m. A caller reported vandalism on Church Street.

10:28 a.m. Police received a report of hazardous road conditions on Wakelee Avenue.

10:40 a.m. Police were called in connection to a vehicle fire on Division Street.

2:48 p.m. Officers responded to a motor vehicle accident on Pershing Drive.

4:11 p.m. Police were called to assist another agency on Route 8 south.

1:34 a.m. Police responded to a motor vehicle accident with injuries on Clifton Avenue and Division Street.

3:49 p.m. Officers conducted a traffic stop near Elm and Vose streets.

4:28 p.m. Police received a report of an open door or window on Division Street.

5:36 p.m. Police were conducting radar enforcement on North Main Street.

8:57 p.m. Police responded to a motor vehicle accident with injuries on Pershing Drive.
