SEYMOUR — Police identified a vehicle and driver allegedly involved in a hit-and-run from Saturday (Sept. 27).
According to social media posts, a person was hit by a car at about 8 p.m. on New Haven Road near Roberts Street.
The pedestrian had several broken bones, according to police, and was taken to the hospital.
Police posted an alert saying they were looking for a dark-colored Hyundai sedan.
At 7:30 a.m. Sunday (Sept. 28) police used social media to say the vehicle and operator had been identified.
There was no word on whether charges were filed.
