Robert Babin, age 74, of Ansonia entered into rest on Thursday, October 30, 2025 at Hewitt Memorial Hospital.
He was born in Canada on August 30, 1951 son of the late Albert and Ella (Bordage) Babin. Robert was a Bridgeport resident for most of his life before moving to Ansonia.
He worked at Anns Bakery in Bridgeport before being employed at VARCA where he worked for many years. Robert enjoyed dancing, going out to eat and attending events with his groups. He was active in the Kennedy Center. Robert was a loving, happy person with a sense of humor and good spirits.
He was the beloved brother of Alan Babin and his wife Lori and uncle of Jacqueline, Michelle and Trevor.
His funeral services are private.
The Riverview Funeral Home, 390 River Rd., Shelton has been entrusted with his arrangements.
