The Friends of Seymour CT Public Library, Inc. are a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that are interested in supporting the library and its services and to enrich the cultural opportunities for residents and patrons alike.
We have members, patrons and volunteers that support our book sales, raising funds to benefit the library and special projects.
As such, the Friends of Seymour CT Public Library are pleased to announce the availability of two $500 university, college, or institute of higher learning scholarships to be awarded to Seymour residents graduating high school this year.
Applicants should have a GPA of 3.0 or better, been involved in extracurricular activities, volunteered in community service and have a financial need.
