Mariana Dejesus Analuisa De Tumbaco, age 78, beloved wife of Hector Tumbaco of Ansonia, died peacefully on April 13, 2026 in the comfort of her home, surrounded by her family. Born in Quito, Ecuador, she was the daughter of the late Apolinario Analuisa and Encarnacion Pichucho. Together with her family, Mrs. Analuisa De Tumbaco immigrated to the United States in1995 and settled in Ansonia. She was the heart of her home, tending to her family with love and unwavering support. She was devout in her Catholic Faith and enjoyed crafting, sewing and gardening.

In addition to her spouse of 55 years, she is survived by her devoted children, Monica (Manolo) Bermeo of Naugatuck, Paul (Dulce Aquino) Tumbaco of Derby, Nelson (Yoneidy Cedano) Tumbaco of Ansonia and Gabriela (Rafael) Davila of Ansonia; 5 sisters, Maria Asuncion (Anita), Angelita, Maria Ines, Zoila Rosa, Juanita Cecilia all of Quito, Ecuador; a brother, Carlos Jose Analuisa of Spain; 7 cherished grandchildren, Jazmin Zambrano, Manolo Bermeo, Mateo Bermeo of Naugatuck, Rafael Davila IV, Azriel Davila, Miabella Davila of Ansonia, Ethan Tumbaco Aquino of Derby; as well as several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by a brother, Carlos Analuisa.

Family and friends may call on Sunday, April 19, 2026, from 2:00 to 5:00 PM at the Wakelee Memorial Funeral Home, 167 Wakelee Avenue, Ansonia. Funeral services will take place on Monday, April 20, 2026 at 9:00 AM from the Wakelee Memorial Funeral Home. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:00 AM in St. Mary Church of the Our Lady Queen of the Apostles Parish, 212 Elizabeth Street, Derby.
