A man of great faith, Mr. Sembrat was a member of Sts. Peter and Paul Church of Ansonia, as well as its Holy Name Society. He was also a member of the American Russian Club of Shelton. A handy man with a natural mechanical ability, Mr. Sembrat enjoyed working in his yard, home improvement projects, and repairing cars for friends and family. He will be long remembered for his giving heart, he was always available for others in their time of need, quietly and unselfishly putting their needs above his own.
