The City of Derby Inland Wetland Agency will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, July 8, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. at Derby City Hall-1 Elizabeth St., Derby, CT for the following application:
1) Joseph Jalowiec-90 & 114 Sodom Lane-Inland Wetland Application-to create parking area for existing buildings and for a proposed Auto Service Shop within the 50’ regulated wetland area.
