Monday, Aug. 17, 2026
9 a.m. Officers were called to Prindle Avenue for a report of vandalism.
12 p.m. Police charged a 65-year-old Trumbull woman with violating restricted substance regulations on Deerfield Lane.
2:34 p.m. Police charged two people, a 29-year-old Bridgeport man and 29-year-old Ansonia woman, with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct on North State Street.
3:38 p.m. An officer conducted a traffic stop on Central Street.
7:23 p.m. Officers responded to a motor vehicle accident on Pershing Drive.

9:22 a.m. Officers were dispatched to the scene of a motor vehicle accident near Ells Street and North State Street.
12:32 p.m. Police received an animal complaint from Beechwood Drive.
1:09 p.m. Police responded to a motor vehicle accident with injuries on Main Street.
2:24 p.m. Officers attempted to stop a vehicle on Maple Street.
5:48 p.m. Police charged a 39-year-old Ansonia woman with illegal possession of a weapon in a vehicle, speeding, driving an unregistered vehicle, and failure to insure a motor vehicle on Clifton Avenue.
6:23 p.m. Police received two reports regarding stolen license plates, from Roosevelt Drive and LoPresti Court.

12:04 a.m. An officer conducted a traffic stop on North Main Street.
10:07 a.m. A caller dialed 911 but hung up.
11:02 a.m. Police responded to a report of an emotionally distressed person on Woodlawn Avenue.
5:41 p.m. Police charged a 61-year-old Ansonia woman with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct on Jason Wright Drive.
9:07 p.m. Police were conducting radar enforcement on North Main Street.

1:29 a.m. Police charged David Pascal, 31, of Waterbury, with driving under the influence and third-degree assault on Wakelee Avenue.
10:57 a.m. Police charged Rasheim Lewis, 41, of Ansonia, with larceny of a motor vehicle (third offense or more), fourth-degree larceny, and driving under suspension. The charges were processed at state Superior Court in Derby.
3:17 p.m. A caller reported suspicious activity on Grove Street.
4:50 p.m. Officers responded to a motor vehicle accident on Pershing Drive.
5:59 p.m. Police received a report of illegal parking on North Cliff Street.
7:50 p.m. Police responded to a report of intimidation on Walkers Court.

8:24 a.m. Police were alerted to hazardous road conditions on Wakelee Avenue.
10:07 a.m. Police charged a 39-year-old Derby woman with second-degree reckless endangerment and second-degree breach of peace. The charges were processed at the police station.
1:12 p.m. Officers responded to a motor vehicle accident on East Main Street.
2:47 p.m. Police charged a 24-year-old Ansonia woman with disorderly conduct. The charge was processed at the police station.
7:41 p.m. Police attempted to stop a vehicle on Benz Street.
8:39 p.m. Police charged a 48-year-old Ansonia man with violating a protective order, second-degree breach of peace, sixth-degree larceny and risk of injury to a child on Kathy Lane.

2:01 p.m. Police responded to a motor vehicle accident on Beaver Street.
7:45 p.m. Police charged a 30-year-old Ansonia woman with second-degree threatening and disorderly conduct on Platt Street.
9 p.m. Officers responded to a report of theft from a building on Cottage Avenue.
11:47 p.m. Police charged Marvin Ogman, 31, of New Haven, with driving under the influence, speeding and driving under suspension on Pulaski Highway.

8:57 p.m. Police charged Pedro Villa, 45, of Waterbury, with driving under the influence on Pershing Drive.
