Edwin David Hubbell Sinclair, age 41, of Wallingford, entered into rest on Monday, August 24, 2026, in Seymour. Edwin was born in Derby on February 1, 1985, beloved son of Bonnie Lucido Sinclair and the late Richard Sinclair.
He worked as a driller with D’Ambruoso Construction for the last ten years. Edwin was a rabid Dallas Cowboy fan. He also loved boating, fishing, and being out on the water. Edwin had a kind heart, a deep love for family and a warm,outgoing, playful personality. He had a love of nature photography, especially sunrises. Edwin enjoyed music, dancing, and was a natural entertainer. Most of all he loved being a father to his cherished son.
He is the beloved betrothed of Danielle Marie Peregrim and father of Nathan Richard Sinclair. Edwin is also survived by, his mother Bonnie (Lucido) Sinclair and brother Dan Sinclair Sr. (Rebecca), his aunt Muffy(Dawn) Youngquist (Dave),Uncle Ron Lucido (Kim), Uncle James Lucido( Alisha) and cousins Christina Lucido, Ron Lucido, Amanda Denton , Melissa Iwaniec, David Youngquist Jr. Nieces and Nephews Kayla, Poba, Natalie, and Danny Jr Sinclair. He also leaves his in-laws, David and Jo-Anne Peregrim, future brother-in-law David Peregrim Jr. (Kerri), niece and nephew Emilia and Wesley Peregrim, his best friend and “brother-from-another mother” Mark Trombetta, and many other loving and dear friends.
He will be deeply missed by us all.
Friends may greet the family at the Riverview Funeral Home, 390 River Road, Shelton, on Friday, September 4th from 4 to 6 PM. His funeral service will begin in the parlor at 6 PM.
