5:58 a.m. An officer conducted a traffic stop near Hull Street and Wakelee Avenue.
1:31 p.m. Police received a report of disorderly conduct at the high school on Pulaski Highway.
3:04 p.m. Police received a report of hazardous road conditions on Elm Street.
5:17 p.m. Police charged an 87-year-old Seymour man with evading responsibility in an accident causing injury or property damage on Pershing Drive.
8:56 p.m. A caller dialed 911 but hung up.

7:47 a.m. An officer was called to Division Street for a report of trespassing.
10:20 a.m. Investigators carried out a search warrant at an undisclosed location.
6 p.m. Police received a report of illegal parking on South Cliff Street.
10:17 p.m. Police deployed a drug dog during a stop near Kingston Drive and West Main Street.

8:18 a.m. Police received an animal complaint near Merritt Street and Woodbridge Avenue.
10:33 a.m. Officers carried out a search warrant on Division Street.
12:03 p.m. Police responded to a report of vehicle theft on Bartholomew Avenue.
9:17 p.m. An officer conducted a traffic stop while doing radar enforcement on Pershing Drive.
9:33 p.m. A written warning was issued during a traffic stop on Wakelee Avenue.

12:46 a.m. Police charged Tia Lucibella, 36, of Ansonia, with driving under the influence, evading responsibility in an accident causing injury or property damage, and failure to drive on the right on Kathy Lane.
9:17 a.m. Police charged a 37-year-old Shelton woman with first-degree trespassing and disorderly conduct. The charges were processed at the police station on Main Street.
1:40 p.m. Police were called for a medical assist on Woodlawn Avenue.
7:04 p.m. Police responded to a civil matter on Elaine Drive.
Friday, Sept. 4, 2026
2:47 a.m. Officers were dispatched for a report of disorderly conduct on Highland Avenue.
12:53 p.m. Police responded to a report of larceny on South Cliff Street.
4:33 p.m. Officers responded to a motor vehicle accident with injuries on Bridge Street.
6:54 p.m. Police received a report of a disabled vehicle on Winter Street.
10:19 p.m. Police issued a citation to a driver on Fourth Street for using a handheld electronic device while driving and failure to insure a motor vehicle.

3:38 a.m. Police charged Cordiero Bennett, 35, of Bridgeport, with driving under the influence and traveling too fast for road conditions near Father Salemi Drive and Main Street.

2:24 p.m. An officer conducted a traffic stop near Colony Street and Underhill Road.
6:24 p.m. Police received a report of a door or window left open on South Cliff Street.
9:05 p.m. Police responded to a disorderly conduct call on Hodio Drive and determined that the incident stemmed from drunkenness.
Monday, Sept. 7, 2026
4:01 a.m. Officers responded to a reported vehicle theft on East Main Street.
11 a.m. Police charged Annmarie Minese, 67, of Monroe, with driving under the influence, evading responsibility in an accident causing injury or property damage, and failure to drive on the right. The charges were processed at the police station.
11:48 a.m. Officers responded to a reported assault on Cedar Street.
9:02 p.m. Police charged a 38-year-old Ansonia woman with third-degree assault, disorderly conduct and risk of injury to a child on Hill Street.
9:52 p.m. At the same address as the previous arrest on Hill Street, police also charged a 37-year-old Derby man with second-degree breach of peace.
