ANSONIA — A car wash is scheduled at the Hilltop Hose Company Sept. 27 to benefit the Ansonia High School Global Scholars Program.
According to a flyer shared by school officials via ParentSquare, the car wash will run from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the firehouse at 80 Pulaski Highway. The proceeds are set to help students fund an educational trip to Portugal.
Washes are $5 per car and $7 per SUV. Cash donations are also welcome, as are donations via Venmo to @Karen-Phipps-12 and @Christine-Davis-827.
