Maureen A. Merkle entered into eternal rest on Oct. 8, at Griffin Hospital.
She was born in Derby Feb. 11, 1952, daughter of the late David F. and Gertrude (Kelly) Merkle.
A graduate of the Derby High School, she was employed as a Judicial Marshal for the State of Connecticut. She is survived by sons Douglas Bedini and Derek Bedini as well as grandchildren Julia and Ryan Bedini. All services were held privately by the Bennett Funeral Home.
