Kevin Alejandro Graciano, age 34 of Shelton, passed away peacefully in the comfort of his home on December 21, 2025.  Born in Medellin, Colombia on March 29, 1991, he was the beloved son of Katherine Graciano Cordova and Alex Cordova of Bridgeport.  Together with his family, Kevin immigrated to the United States in 2001and settled in White Plains, NY. 

In 2005, they moved to Bridgeport where he was raised and graduated from Central High School in 2009.  In his youth, Kevin was active in many outdoor sports and activities, especially basketball.

For over 20 years, Kevin worked as a waiter at the Riverdale Diner of Shelton where he greeted his daily customers with a smile and engaging personality.   He was car enthusiast, a hard worker and a loyal friend to many.  He will be long remembered for his unending work ethic, and for his caring and thoughtful nature; always placing the needs of others before his own. 

His impact on the loved ones he leaves will be everlasting.  In addition to his parents, he is survived by a son, Jon Alejandro Graciano of KY; devoted brothers, Alan Cordova and Alexander Cordova of Bridgeport; his maternal grandmother, Edith del Carmen Uribe of Colombia; Aunt, Gloria Mercado of NY; uncles, Jonathan Graciano of Spain, John Fredy Graciano of FL; a beloved companion, Alyssa Passerelle of Shelton and his furry feline friend, “Bella”. 

Family and friends may call on Friday, December 26, 2025 from 4:00 to 7:00 PM at the Wakelee Memorial Funeral Home, 167 Wakelee Avenue, Ansonia.  Funeral services will take place on Saturday, December 27, 2025, at 11:30 AM from the Wakelee Memorial Funeral Home.  A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 12:30 PM in St. Mary Church, Our Lady Queen of the Apostles Parish, 212 Elizabeth Street, Derby.  Interment will be private.  Online condolences may be made at www.wakeleememorial.com.
