Irving School Extends Remote Learning

DERBY — Students and staff at The Irving School in Derby will be on remote learning through Friday, March 26, district officials said in a message Sunday night.

Superintendent Matthew Conway said a staff member at the school tested positive for COVID-19. This comes after a staffer and two students tested positive last week, which caused the school to shift to online learning.

As of Sunday night, 24 staff members at Irving were in quarantine, according to a message from the school.
