As I reported Friday, veteran Ansonia police officer Andrew Cota was promoted to interim chief of police during a well-attended and warm ceremony in Ansonia City Hall.

For this ​“Navel Gazing” mini-podcast, I’ve published the audio from the ceremony, which included brief remarks from Mayor David Cassetti, the new chief’s father, and Cota himself.
