Ansonia Rescue Medical Service and the Ansonia Civil Defense Rescue Association will be holding a document shredding fundraiser on Saturday, June 18, from 9 a.m. to noon.
The event will take place at the entrance to the Ansonia Public Works complex on North Division Street.
The purpose of this event is to raise funds for the continued restoration and preservation of Ansonia’s first ambulance, a 1949 Buick (pictured).
Secure document shredding will be done by the Pro Shred Company assisted by EMS Volunteers for a nominal donation.
Suggested donations start at $5.
