The Ansonia Police Department has warned residents not to leave cars unattended while running, saying this has been the cause of “several” vehicle thefts on Fri., Feb. 16.
The APD said in a social media post that several vehicles had been stolen today while their owners were waiting for them to warm up.
The Valley Indy has left a voicemail with APD requesting further information.
