DERBY-SHELTON — On Wednesday, May 26, the Derby High School girls track team prepared and delivered a meal to the Spooner House in Shelton for the current residents to enjoy that evening.
The meal included chicken, ribs, roasted potatoes, pasta salad, garden salad, dessert and iced tea. Assistant Coach Lucia Hanock has helped the girls organize this event a few times over the last couple of years.
