The Brickhouse Restaurant located at 90 Pershing Drive in Derby will celebrate its one-year anniversary with a (free) buffet on Dec. 17, 2009 from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m.
“Almost exactly a year ago we welcomed the Brickhouse Restaurant to Derby. I am pleased to say the restaurant is thriving and even planning on expanding its space to include an outdoor patio and dining area. I am proud to be able to celebrate the anniversary of another successful business in Derby. I am not surprised about their success. Richie (Shar, the Brickhouse owner) is a dedicated businessman who truly cares about customer service,” Staffieri said in a prepared statement.
The menu features a wide variety of Italian/American cuisine and includes early bird dinner specials. There is seating to accommodate approximately 172 people including a bar, dining area, lounge and large banquet room.
“Please join us for a buffet to celebrate the one year anniversary of my business. I want people to come and experience the Brickhouse and bring their friends,” Shar said.
