Oxford murder suspect Scott Gellatly accepted a plea agreement in Superior Court Tuesday calling for him to serve a 45-year prison sentence.

Gellatly was accused of killing his 32-year-old wife, Lori Jackson, on May 7, 2014 in her parents’ house on Sioux Drive. Click here for a previously published story.

Gellatly was also accused of shooting his mother-in-law, Merry Jackson. She survived, though suffered serious injuries.

Gellatly is scheduled to be sentenced Nov. 17.
