Oxford November 2012 Election Results

Here are the Oxford results from the Nov. 6 election.

The town leaned toward Republicans in the major races.

The names of leading vote-getters are bolded.

Former Massachusetts Gov. Mitt Romney, U.S. Senate candidate Linda McMahon, and Congressional candidate Steve Obsitnik garnered more votes in Oxford than their Democratic opponents, but lost their races overall. In all other races, local winners also won overall.

TURNOUT

6,583 of 8,722 registered voters, or 75 percent.
