SEYMOUR — An EPIC finish to the Seymour Boys Basketball second round state championship game March 7 at the Seymour Middle School gym. Senior Jaquan Ellis hit a 3 pointer to give Seymour their first lead of the game with less than 8 seconds left in the game.
Seymour moves onto to the quarterfinals for the D3 Boys Basketball State Tournament playing SMSA on Monday night up in Hartford. Seymour was down as much as 16 points in the first half of the game and was battling back all game. Congratulations to the Seymour boys basketball team as they move on in the state playoffs.
