A Shelton teenager was seriously injured Tuesday afternoon after being hit by a car in her Falmouth Drive driveway.
A car rolled down the driveway and struck the female, who was not identified by police Tuesday afternoon. The incident happened at about 2:30 p.m.
Shelton police are investigating the incident, Sgt. Pete Zaksewicz said at the scene.
He would not release the victim’s age.
The teenager was taken to hospital by Echo Hose Ambulance crews, with serious but not life-threatening injuries.
Police would not release any other details Tuesday afternoon.
