Cheryl Jansen (challenger)

Work: Attorney and mediator. Works as a solo practitioner. Lives in Shelton.
Ben McGorty (incumbent)
Work: A Realtor, McGorty was elected during a special election in July to fill the vacancy left by the death of former state Rep. Larry Miller. Lives in Shelton, , where he is a volunteer with the Shelton Fire Department and also serves on the city’s Board of Fire Commissioners.
