Anna (Husar) Miller, age 96, of Shelton peacefully entered into eternal rest on Monday November, 25, 2024 in her home. She was the beloved wife of the late Arthur Miller for 53 years. She was born in Bridgeport on December 12, 1927 the daughter of the late Andrew and Anna (Kubik) Husar.
She worked as an Operator for SNET for 45 years prior to her retirement. Anna loved going to the Shelton Senior Center, playing Bingo and Pinochle.
She is survived by her children Carol Ireland, Nancy Boyington and her husband Mike, Gary Miller, Deborah Baker, Cheryl Miller and Bonnie Quesnel, her daughter-in-law Jeanne Miller, her grandchildren Dawn Ireland, Marin Ireland, Jill Driscoll, Holly Boyington, Richard Miller Jr., Ryan Miller, Melanie Winship, Michelle Brown, Jesica Conver and Samantha Quesnel, and her brother John Husar as well as a special and dear friend Doreen Laucella and Art Ellis, both were always there to help and numerous great grandchildren. Mrs. Miller was predeceased by her son Richard Miller and her sister Ruth Husar.
On Monday December 9, friends and family are invited to attend her funeral service at 10 AM in Holy Name of Jesus Roman Catholic Church, 1950 Barnum Ave. Stratford. Burial will follow in Gate of Heaven Cemetery, Trumbull. Online condolences can be left for the family at www.riverviewfh.com.
