Anna L. DiGianvittorio, age 95, of Shelton, entered into rest on Monday, December 30, 2024 at River Glen Health Care Center in Southbury. She was the devoted wife of the late Albert DiGianvittorio.
Anna was born in Derby on July 29, 1929 daughter of the late Emanuele and Santa (Lanzi) Testone and was a Shelton resident for most of her life. She loved cooking and baking. Most of all, she cherished spending time with her family.
Anna was the beloved mother of David (Linda) DiGianvittorio, Robert (Joyce) DiGianvittorio, Alan (Donna) DiGianvittorio and Janet (Nick) Pennacchio, loving grandmother of Michael (Michaela) DiGianvittorio, Kristie (Michael) D’Orlando, Julie (Andrew) Mancini, Stacy (Carl) Dzienkiewicz, Anthony (Krista) Pennacchio, Andrew Pennacchio, Lindsay DiGianvittorio, Paul (Janelle) DiGianvittorio and 10 great grandchildren. She was also survived by several nieces and nephews. Anna was predeceased by two brothers Constantino and Mario Testone.
On Saturday, friends are invited to go directly to St. Margaret Mary Church, 50 Donovan Lane, Shelton for her Mass of Christian Burial at 12:30 PM. Her burial will follow at Mt. St. Peter Cemetery.
