Frank N. Sardo

Frank N. Sardo, age 72 of Shelton, entered into eternal rest at his home with his loving family by his side on Friday, November 22nd, 2024. He was the devoted companion of Marlane Argianas.

Frank was born in Derby on May 11th, 1952, son of the late Albert and Constance Bracnaro Sardo, and spent most of his life in Shelton.

Frank graduated from Fairfield University where he received a bachelor’s degree in political science. He worked at the Watermark At 3030 Park in Bridgeport for over 20 years. Frank had many hobbies. He loved music and to play his guitar, root for the Boston Red Sox, and watch basketball games, especially the UCONN women’s team and Fairfield University teams. Frank was very supportive of the local Teamsters Union, and he enjoyed volunteering with Marlane for the American Parkinson’s Disease Association, which she helps oversee in Connecticut.

He loved to see old friends from Fairfield University and he was known for his many jokes and a great sense of humor. Most importantly he was a family man. He always made sure to keep his family together by organizing an annual Christmas party and many other events.

Frank is the beloved father of Michelle Vitali, and is also survived by his brothers Albert Sardo Jr. and his wife Donna and Joseph Sardo and his wife Jen, his sisters Barbara Haste and her husband Gary and Regina Marinelli and her husband Dario, his sister-in-law Arlene Sardo and his two granddaughters, Hannah Vitali and Madelyn Vitali whom he was so proud of and loved dearly. He was also survived by many nieces and nephews. Besides his parents, Frank was predeceased by his brother John Sardo.
