What types of files can I use for the “poster”?
The file format should be either a .jpg or .png file.
What size should the “poster” image be?
The file for the “poster” in the popup should be a minimum of 450 pixels wide and a maximum of 580 pixels high (ideal size: 450px x 580px). The file type should be .jpg or .png. The ideal aspect ratio is 2:3. The small version that appears in the sidebar will be automatically created from the larger file. However, for the small image in the sidebar (see Poster Thumbnail Image upload on form) you can optionally upload a second image (134px wide x 190px high) to use if something simpler at the smaller size is preferred. If you’re only using one image we recommend designing it with the smaller image in mind with larger text so it will be more legible after it is reduced.
What if I only have a PDF?
