DERBY — A tax board meeting scheduled for Tuesday (March 25) has been canceled, according to the City of Derby’s website.
Mayor Joseph DiMartino had been scheduled to present a budget to the members of the tax board for review.
However, the meeting was canceled due to the death of a loved one inside Derby Finance Director Brian Hall’s family, according to a cancellation notice.
There’s no word yet on when the meeting will be rescheduled.
The next regularly-scheduled meeting of the tax board is slated for April 1.
