SEYMOUR – The Seymour Board of Ethics is scheduled to meet at 6 p.m. Monday, Oct. 19 at Seymour Town Hall to continue discussion on an ethics complaint filed against a town official in May.
The meeting will take place in the Norma Drummer Room at town hall. The agenda lists an executive session with the board’s attorney to discuss “complaint #2026-01.”
This will be the fifth time the board has met to discuss the complaint.
Town officials have declined to identify who the complaint is against or the parties involved.
Several independent sources have told The Valley Indy the complaint is from Red Clover Farms owner Kim Dulka Warner against her neighbor, Al Bruno, who serves on the Board of Selectpersons.
