Realtors Association Endorses Klarides-Ditria

The Connecticut Realtors Association Aug. 5 endorsed Nicole Klarides-Ditria’s candidacy for the 105th General Assembly seat.

Klarides-Ditria, a Republican from Seymour, is challenging incumbent State Rep. Theresa Conroy, a Democrat from Seymour.

I want to thank the Connecticut Realtors Association for their endorsement today,” Klarides-Ditria said in a press release. Realtors throughout the state understand the economic struggles that we are facing due to out-of-control tax and spend policies implemented by Democrats in Hartford.”

The Valley Indy interviewed Klarides-Ditria about her candidacy in January during a live broadcast of Navel Gazing,” the Valley Indy podcast.

She is a Seymour native, where she lives with her son and husband, a town police detective. She was elected to the Board of Selectmen in 2011 and was re-elected in 2013 and 2015.

She serves as Deputy First Selectman.

The Connecticut Realtors Association, created in 1920, advocates for more than 15,000 members on the state and federal level.

The 105th covers Beacon Falls, Seymour and part of Derby.
