The Ansonia Housing Authority is currently accepting applications for the State Elderly Wait List, for apartments at 63 Woodlawn Ave.
In order to qualify, you must be either elderly (62 or older) or disabled.
The James J. O’Donnell Apartments were constructed in 1973 and located on one quarter acre of land with 40 units in a four-story elevator building.
- Unit consists of pantry, dining/living room, bedroom, and bathroom

- First and third floor contain a coin-operated washer and dryer

- Tenants Association
- 24-Hour Emergency On Call Maintenance

- Activities and Lunch Program sponsored by Ansonia Public Housing Program held Monday through Saturday directly across street
Applications may be obtained at the Ansonia Housing Authority, 36 Main St., Ansonia, CT, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday.
