An open house is scheduled for 9 to 11 a.m. May 17 at the Ansonia Lirbary.
The library is located at 53 South Cliff St.
The event will feature free coffee and refreshments, tours, raffles, a painting display, a free book for visitors at the Bookworm Store, and music.
The open house is sponsored by the Friends of the Ansonia Library.
