The Ansonia chapter of the NAACP will be holding its Freedom Fund Gospel Brunch on Saturday, Dec. 14 from 1 to 4 p.m., at the Abundant Life Church (195 – 199 N. Main St.)

- Diane Stroman (President’s Award)
- Quintez Whittle (Education Award)
- Ann Douglas (Fallen Soldiers Award)
- John Reynolds (Fallen Soldiers Award)
Howard Taylor Singers, Macedonia Baptist Choir, Ansonia High Choir, and Derby High Choir will perform at the brunch. There will also be a special performance by Kergyma Community Choir.
