Ansonia Mayor David Cassetti accepted a bowling challenge from West Haven Mayor Ed O’Brien to raise money for the Multiple Myeloma Society.
The bowl-off took place Sunday at the Woodlawn Duckpin Bowling Alley in West Haven.
Cassetti’s Team consisted of Alderman Matt Edo, President of the Board of Alderman Phil Tripp, and Economic Development Director Sheila O’Malley.
Alas, the Ansonia team lost to West Haven by a slim two-pin margin.
Ansonia officials are exploring the possibility of a rematch, a source close to the mayor told the Valley Indy.
