ANSONIAAnsonia police said that alcohol may have been involved in a crash on Oct. 7 that set a car ablaze and required the driver to be hospitalized.

A car veered off-road on East Main Street near the intersection with Kingston Drive on Monday evening, according to footage provided by police. It then crashed into several parked cars, and the car caught fire.
