This year the students read “The World According to Humphrey” (Irving School) and “Mysteries According to Humphrey” (Bradley School).
On June 2, the two schools met and shared posters, songs, poems, and videos related the books.
A live “Humphrey the Hamster” was raffled off at each school. The goal of the campaign is to encourage Derby families to instill the love of reading in their children.
