Hartford Bus Trip To Twain House And Wadsworth Athenium

The Seymour Historical Society is sponsoring an all-day tour of some of Hartford’s most interesting historical and cultural sites on Saturday, July 13. 

The day will start with a ride on an air-conditioned coach from the Seymour Historical Society museum to Hartford. Once there, our guests will get guided tours of the homes of famous authors Mark Twain and Harriett Beecher Stowe, a sit-down lunch at a café at the Wadsworth Athenium museum, and then a guided tour of the museum’s famous art collection.

The bus will depart the Seymour Historical Society (59 West Street in Seymour) at 8:30 a.m. and return at 5 p.m. The total cost of the trip, including all transportation, tours and lunch, is just $99. The reservation deadline is June 1.
