On Monday, Dec. 19, I will be joining my sister, House Republican Leader Themis Klarides, outside the Seymour Stop & Shop (15 Franklin St.) from 5 to 6 p.m., to help the Salvation Army raise money for people that need it the most this holiday season.
Starting Thursday, Dec. 8, we will also be collecting clothes, comfort items and games for veterans in need.
If you are able to help, please bring your donations to the Derby Library from Dec. 8 to Dec. 18.
