The Seymour-Oxford Rotary Club will welcome Theresa Halko on Thursday, January 16, 2014 at the breakfast meeting 7:15 a.m. at Route 67 Diner, Klarides Village, Route 67, Seymour.
Theresa will discuss the mission and efforts of the Eastern Blind Rehabilition Service at the VA CT Healthcare System.
