SEYMOUR TRUNK OR TREAT
Seymour Emergency Management Team is hosting the annual Trunk or Treat Event on Saturday, October 29, 2022; the rain date is Sunday, October 30, 2022
Cars will start decorating at 4:00 pm, and the Trunk or Treating will begin at 6:00 pm. There will be prizes for Best costume, Best Decorated Car, and Best Adult Costume.
THANKSGIVING FOOD DRIVE
Seymour Police, Fire, EMS and Valley Emergency Medical Services will host its annual Thanksgiving Food Drive on Saturday, November 12, 2022 from 9 am to 2 pm at Stop & Shop, 15 Franklin St.
Non-perishable food items, including stuffing, gravy mixes, canned vegetables and more, as well as frozen turkeys, are being requested. All proceeds from the food drive will benefit TEAM, Inc., which helps Valley folks in need. Follow the link below to keep up to date on this event.
TOY DRIVE
Seymour Police, Fire, EMS and VEMS will host its annual Toy Drive on December 10, 2022 from 9am to 2 pm at Stop & Shop, 15 Franklin St. All toys collected will benefit TEAM, Inc.’s annual Toys for Kids drive that ensures Valley kids in need have something to open under their Christmas trees each year.
