SEYMOUR — Seymour resident, Christina M. Lopes, is joining the Connecticut law firm Carmody Torrance Sandak & Hennessey LLP within the firm’s real estate & land use team as an associate attorney in the real estate practice.
Lopes will be working in Carmody’s New Haven office on affordable housing development and institutional and utility real estate.
Since graduating from the Quinnipiac University School of Law in 2020, Lopes has worked in real estate representing buyers, sellers, and lenders in commercial and residential real estate transactions in Connecticut. She is experienced in the acquisition and disposition of commercial real estate, financing transactions, and commercial leasing as well as easement transactions with various utility companies.
