On Saturday, Oct. 29, 2011 the Seymour Culture and Arts Commission will be celebrating its 5th Annual Trick or Treat in Downtown Seymour.
Seymour residents are invited to bring their children, dressed in costume, from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m., rain or shine, to collect treats from the participating downtown businesses.
The event begins at the Strand Theater and encompasses the entire downtown area, look for the special pumpkin in the window of participating businesses.
