Dear Residents,
The world is coming together this April to celebrate the 40th Anniversary of Earth Day. We are calling upon all residents to come out and join the world by participating in your very own Seymour Earth Day.
Seymour will be celebrating Earth Day on April 25th, 2010. Celebrations will start at Legion Pool at 7am on Sunday April 25th. We will gather and then break off into groups. Breakfast and lunch will be provided. Green t‑shirts are available for sale and you are encouraged to wear them the day of the event.

Wear your t‑shirt to work!!
Earth Day is Thursday April 22nd. Wear your green t‑shirt to work or school and show your support.

By participating in this event you are ensuring a healthy more sustainable planet for all of us. Imagine that!!
Give back to the community and make a difference!
Looking for all residents to come and join us on this wonderful day. The more people volunteer the bigger the impact. Bring the whole family!
These are all the ways you can participate in the event:
- Volunteer your time the day of the event
- Donate some flowers or plants
- Buy a green Earth Day t‑shirt
- Donate a pot of food to feed the volunteers the day of the event
- Make a donation to purchase supplies for the day (write checks to the Seymour Land Trust)
